Member Support

Your login credentials are provided when you become an MSGA member.

• Username: First initial + last name (e.g. jsmith).
• Password: Sent to your email on file. You can reset it from the login page if needed.

Once logged in you will be taken to your Member Dashboard where you can view upcoming events, dues, tournament history, and gift certificates.

1. Browse upcoming events on the Tournaments page.
2. Click "Sign Up" on any tournament that shows "Open for Registration."
3. Choose your preferred session (Morning or Afternoon) and entry type (Solo or Team of 2).
4. If entering as a team, search for your partner by name — they must be an MSGA member.
5. Review the entry details and submit. You will receive a confirmation email.

You must be logged in to sign up. If a tournament is full, you will be placed on the waitlist automatically and notified if a spot opens.

If all spots are taken when you register, your entry is placed on the waitlist.

• Your dashboard will show the entry as "Waitlisted."
• When a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist is promoted and receives a confirmation email.
• No action is needed on your part — just keep an eye on your email.

Your Member Dashboard is your home base. From here you can:

• See which tournaments you are registered for and your registration status.
• View outstanding dues, tournament fees, and payment history.
• Review your complete tournament history with scores and placements.
• Download any gift certificates you have earned.

Click "Edit Profile" on your dashboard to update your information:

• Profile Photo: Upload a photo that appears on the member directory and leaderboards.
• Contact Info: Keep your name, email, phone, and address current.
• Golf Details: Set your club affiliation, GHIN number, and handicap index.
• Favorite Players: Save up to 5 preferred playing partners for quick access when signing up.
• Privacy: Toggle which sections are visible on your public profile.

Membership dues and tournament entry fees can be paid by:

• Zelle: Send to [email protected]
• Check: Mail to the address in your confirmation email.

Your Dues section on the dashboard shows all outstanding balances and payment history. Once payment is received, the status updates automatically.
